Atin Agarwal Holdings
The Bridge
River and bridges hold a significant symbolism for us. It is impossible to pinpoint the time bridges were invented. No individual can claim credit for the discovery of a means to traverse safely across chasms. Bridges are ever evolving and so are rivers. A bridge could be a fallen tree over a river, made of stones or complicated iron and steel structures…
The art and technology of building bridges has changed, developed, expanded, and thrived. This was just the starting point for the human race’s obsession with finding new, creative, and innovative ways to cross bodies of water. Rivers flow across cities, towns, villages and even countries like time and bridges connect people to their destinations.
It is valuable a source of inspiration for us at Atin Agarwal Holdings.

The Agarwal
JOURNEY
It began in the days before India’s first battle for an independent nation. It was in the year 1856. The first venture of the Agarwal family was trading Khadi fabric. The business was incepted by Shri Bankey Lal, using his father's name Badri Dass; under the brand ‘Badri Dass Bankey Lal’, at Raja-ki-Mandi, Agra. Years later, his son, Shri Khonimal took over, followed by his son, Lala Bhagwan Dass. Subsequently, as the years passed, the eldest son of Lala Bhagwan Dass, Shri Onkar Nath Agarwal and his family moved away from the textile business; leaving the legacy for his cousins to carry forward. In 1952, Shri Onkar Nath Agarwal and his two younger brothers; Shri Rajendra Nath & Shri Mahendra Nath established an Automotive & Tractor dealership company ‘Anil Tractors’. This company was headquartered in Agra, Uttar Pradesh and gradually spread its wings through Western Uttar Pradesh, into Mathura and Mainpuri. In 1975, Shri Brijendra Agarwal, the youngest son of Shri Onkar Nath Agarwal married Sudha Raniwala. The Raniwala family originally hailed from Beawar of Edward Mills; then relocated to Jaipur in the 1960s. After marriage, Sudha espoused her name to Smt. Kavita Agarwal. In the year 1980, Shri Shailendra Agarwal & Shri Brijendra Agarwal, the two younger sons of Shri Onkar Nath Agarwal moved to Pune to build a legacy of their own, leaving the Automotive & Tractor dealership to the eldest son, Shri Jagendra Agarwal. Here, the two brothers established Veena Industries, a company offering Metal Fabricated Solutions. Shailendra & Brijendra made optimum use of the acumen and skills developed in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur to make this business and hone it over the years. Their efforts were rewarded and the company was soon recognised across India for its superior quality. In 1995, Shri Brijendra Agarwal’s son Atin Agarwal joined the business and over time he learned the ropes and inherited the same integrity and work ethics, and rose through the ranks. Following in his fathers' footsteps; in 2017, Atin Agarwal started the business of Metal Fabrications in Pune, which is today recognised globally under the brand name of AutoMech. Currently, Atin Agarwal is the Managing Director of Auto Mech (India) Pvt. Ltd. In 2020, Atin Agarwal Holdings was established, as an Investment & Management Company. Kavita Agarwal and Atin Agarwal are the major promoters of Atin Agarwal Holdings Pvt. Ltd. Under this entity there are Auto Mech (India) Pvt. Ltd., BAKS International LLC., Rhein Properties, SNA Industries and BriSh Foundation. Today, Atin Agarwal works rigorously to expand the Agarwal legacy to various international frontiers and is investing heavily in Atin Agarwal Holdings thereby expanding its portfolio for the next generations to further grow.
